How we work

• You get a full price in writing before you book. No guessing from a rate card, and nothing added later without your yes.
• The driver’s name, mobile number and vehicle number reach your phone before pickup.
• One person handles your trip from the first message to the drop, so you never re-explain it.
• We say no when we cannot do a date, instead of accepting it and scrambling later.

Vehicles, papers and drivers

Our cars have valid registration, commercial permits, insurance and fitness papers, and our drivers hold commercial licences and know these routes. Cars are cleaned between trips. If a car goes off road, we send another one instead of cancelling your trip at the last minute.

Where we operate

We pick up from Barrackpore, Sodepur, Khardah, Panihati, Titagarh, New Barrackpur, Naihati, Kanchrapara, Barasat, Dum Dum, Kolkata airport, Salt Lake, New Town, and the rest of Kolkata on request. Outstation trips go across West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Sikkim and the North East hills.

What we do not do

• We do not publish fares, because a real quote depends on the vehicle, the season and the actual route. We do publish exactly what a quote includes.
• We do not take payment to give you a price.
• We do not invent availability. If a car is gone for your date, we say so.
