how we run outstation

Long roads, short surprises

A 600km round trip has a hundred places for a bill to grow. We close them off before you leave.

Drivers who have run the route

The Digha road, the Kharagpur bypass, the ghat road past Kurseong. Our drivers have done these trips many times, and that is what keeps a long day safe.

One-way drops, honestly quoted

If you only need to go one way, ask for one way. We tell you plainly what the return leg costs us instead of hiding it inside a round-trip number.

Multi-day with the same driver

On a four-day hill trip, the same driver stays with you. No handover at Siliguri, no new stranger at 6am on day three.

Vehicle matched to bags and people

Six adults with six suitcases is not a Sedan trip. We say that at quote stage, when it is still cheap to fix.

Night halts planned, not improvised

Driver rest, night halt and parking are part of the plan for any multi-day run, so nobody drives tired and nothing is charged as a surprise.

Hotels alongside, if you want

We can book the hotel along with the car and keep it all with one person. Or you can book the hotel yourself. Both are fine.

what a quote covers

The shape of an outstation quote

No published fares, but no mystery either. Every outstation quote is built exactly like this.

Included in the price

  • Vehicle and driver for the whole trip
  • Fuel for the full distance
  • Driver allowance and night halt on multi-day trips
  • Doorstep pickup and drop in our service areas
  • Vehicle papers, permit and insurance in order
  • GST as applicable, shown separately

Charged separately, told to you first

  • Tolls and state permits on the route
  • Parking at hotels and sightseeing points
  • Hill-road or off-road stretches added mid-trip
  • Sightseeing added on the day beyond the agreed plan
  • Hotel, entry tickets and meals unless you asked us to arrange them

We give a price for your trip, not from a rate card, so you get one full amount in writing. Nothing above is added later without your yes.

how it runs

Four steps, no toll-plaza surprises

  1. 1

Tell us the route and dates

Where from, where to, how many days, how many people and how many bags. One day or a date range, both work.

  2. 2

    We quote the whole run

One all-inclusive amount in writing, with what is extra spelled out. No per-km guessing on your side.

  3. 3

    A small advance blocks it

For multi-day and peak dates an advance holds the vehicle. Short local runs need nothing up front.

  4. 4

    Driver details, then departure

Name, number and vehicle number before the trip, and the same driver stays with you throughout.

outstation questions

What people actually ask

Do you charge for the return journey on a one-way drop?

A one-way trip is priced as one way. We tell you plainly how the empty return is counted in the price. Everyone in this business has to charge for it. We just tell you before you book, not after.

Can I add a stop on the way?

Yes. Tell us while we are giving the price and it is inside the number. Added on the day, it costs extra, and we tell you then, not in the final bill.

Who pays the driver’s food and stay?

Driver allowance and night halt are inside our quote for multi-day trips. You are not expected to hand the driver money on the road.

How far ahead should I book?

Puja, long weekends and the winter hill season fill up first, so ask as early as you can for those. Normal weekends are usually fine a few days ahead.

Is a multi-day date range possible in the enquiry form?

Yes. Choose “Multiple days” in the quote form and give a from-date and to-date; that reaches us with the enquiry.

not sure yet? send the date anyway. If we cannot do it, we will say so.
